Every summer, race enthusiasts watch, and sometimes participate, in Friday Night Street Drags at the Western Colorado Dragway, located at 3235 Whitewater Hill Road in Grand Junction.
Race-A-Cop in Grand Junction is a Different Kind of Street Drag Race
The Race-A-Cop event will see members of the Grand Junction Police Department, the Mesa County Sheriff's Office, and the Colorado State Patrol engaging in high-speed action on the dragway in a much safer and more controlled manner than these law enforcement officers may be used to.
Grand Junction's Race-A-Cop Event Will Be Fun for the Entire Family
Spectators of all ages are welcome to attend the inaugural Race-A-Cop event, and in addition to the racing, the event will have vendors and food on-site as well.
