Ohio Man Spotted Driving Around With A Horse In His Truck Bed

Police in Zanesville, Ohio recently received complaints about a horse being transported in a bed of a Chevy truck.

They located the man responsible, but because they couldn't locate the horse, they were unable to determine if it was okay. The man was not cited for any sort of crime, but was warned that if he did this again, he could be issued a citation.
