Nebraska recently updated their slogan, is it time for Colorado?

You've got to appreciate Nebraska's sense of humor and self-deprecating new slogan, "Nebraska. Honestly, it's not for everyone." I know that's right. I've spent some time there and found little special about it. A very important agricultural state and seemly nice place to live but not much other than that really stands out. Even their beloved "Cornhuskers" and having a tough season with a 1-6 record.

Some state slogans are obvious. Arizona "The Grand Canyon State." Georgia "Peach State", Idaho "Great Potatoes." Wisconsin "America's Dairyland". Others not so much. My former state of residence, Kansas " As Big As You Think," huh? Iowa "Life ChangingFields of Opportunity." really?

Colorado's is "The Centennial State". Changed from the previous "Fresh Air and Fond Memories Served Daily." I get that it's because it became a state in the year 1876, 100 years after the signing of our nation's Declaration of Independence but isn't there something else that better describes this place? I think the often used “Colorful Colorado” slogan does a nice job.

Here are a few updated, perhaps more hip, suggestions..."High Times Await", "Rocky Mountain High", "Budful Colorado". Ok, I'll lay off the legal weed theme. What do you think? Nebraska updated their state slogan, isn't it time for Colorado to do the same?
