More Than a Third of Denver Workers Plan on Looking for a New Job

Could a shift in the workforce in the Mile High City be coming soon? According to a new research survey conducted by Robert Half, that answer is yes. The survey states that 34 percent of Denver workers plan to look for a new position in the next several months.

The survey metrics were posted by KDVR and it appears that the top reasons are increase salary and have the option for career advancement. Workers in the Mile High City are also looking for a change from the typical office setting as well.

• 41 percent of workers in Denver want to be fully remote.
• 41 percent of workers in Denver are interested in full-time contracting.
• 28 percent of Denver workers would like to work for an organization that reflects their personal values.

Overall, Denver ranked 10th when it came to workers wanting a change of employment. Atlanta ranked first with 50 percent of workers wanting a new position, followed by Charlotte with 44 percent.
