Justin Tucker kicked six field goals, including a 61-yarder with 38 seconds to play, and the Baltimore Ravens beat the Lions, 18-16, in Detroit on Monday night. The Lions (7-7) had an opportunity to rally after Tucker's kick, but Matt Elam intercepted Matthew Stafford's pass on the first play of the ensuing drive.

Neither offense was particularly productive, but Baltimore (8-6) managed to get into field goal range three times in each half. Tucker's clutch kick allowed the Ravens to keep pace with Miami in the chase for an AFC wild card spot.

Detroit scored the game's only touchdowns, including a 14-yard pass from Stafford to Joseph Fauria that gave the Lions a 16-15 lead with 2:21 to play. The two-point conversion attempt from Stafford to Calvin Johnson failed, setting the stage for Tucker's heroics.

Stafford finished with 235 yards passing, a touchdown and three interceptions. Johnson caught six passes for 98 yards.

Baltimore's Joe Flacco threw for 222 yards for the defending Super Bowl champs.
