Want an exciting career? The Mesa County Search & Rescue Team is looking for new recruits.
This is a great opportunity. If you love the outdoors and helping others you've got to apply for this job! Of course, there are a few things you need to be able to do to qualify. You must be able to carry a 40lb pack over difficult terrain and be willing to learn. Everything you need to know will be taught in a 5-week training course.
The Mesa County and Rescue Grand Team go on anywhere from 55 to 60 missions per year. Work can be as challenging as finding lost individuals, helping injured bikers, or supporting the Mesa County Sheriff's Office. Team members are on call 24/7 and must be team players.
