Talk about getting an early start. The 2023 concert season at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, Colorado, still has four concerts to go before the end of this season. Yet, here we are looking at some of the acts already announced for the 2024 season.

The average ticket price at Red Rocks in 2023 was $115 depending on who was on stage. I made it there twice this year, and both shows were worth every penny.

Best Concerts Ever At Red Rocks

Did you know that construction of the Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison began in 1936? Red Rocks was completed and opened to the public in 1941. Since then, fans have kept tabs on some of the best concerts of all time to take place at the venue. Some of these concerts included:

  • Jethro Tull (1971)
  • John Denver (1974)
  • Bruce Springsteen (1978)
  • Grateful Dead (1978)
  • U2 (1983)
  • Bob Dylan (1986)

The 2024 Concert Season at Red Rocks

The 2024 season at Red Rocks will open on March 31st with Dirt Monkey and Jantsen opening the season. Already announced for next summer are headliners Brit Floyd, Primus, A Perfect Circle, Tracy Lawrence, Ryan Bingham, Parker McCollum, and a special night of comedy and music with Steve Martin and Martain Short.
