As the temperatures rise, families are headed for the pools, rivers, and lakes around Grand Junction. Is there someone in your family who needs swimming lessons?

When I was a kid, I fell into a swimming pool before I knew how to swim. It was scary, it felt dangerous, and it ended up keeping me away from the water until I took swimming lessons as a teenager. Swim lessons can help your kids stay safe around the pool, and knowing how to swim makes summer way more fun. Here’s what Grand Junction Parks and Rec has to offer.
