Western Colorado Home Unveils Spectacular Grand Valley Scenery
Where are some of your favorite places that overlook Fruita/Grand Junction? Sweet spots can be found that offer a great view of both, but what if that sweet spot was home sweet home?
We're headed down Broadway towards the Walker State Wildlife Area wetlands to check out a Grand Junction home that seems to overlook everything from one spot.
712 Roundup Drive in Grand Junction
This beautiful four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in the Redlands was completed in 2008 and is presented by Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties.
Play Poolside
The incredible 40' x 18' inground pool includes a diving board. If you prefer to soak in the hot tub and enjoy the view, it's right next to the pool, just off the covered patio area. The rear of the house faces north with an unobstructed view of most of the valley. Watch the sunrise over the Grand Mesa or the colorful sunsets at dusk with nothing blocking out all the colors.
All the Grand Valley Views
The view from the front door looks directly at Monument Canyon in the Colorado National Monument. This home is not far from Grand Junction's Question Mark Hill. The extra elevation in the area offers one of the best spots to overlook Fruita/Grand Junction. From the backyard, see the Bookcliffs and the Grand Mesa while overlooking the Colorado River just beyond your property.
