Colorado’s Best ‘Move-To’ City Is One Of The Fastest Growing
It looks like a lot of people relocated to Colorado in 2023. More than 7,200 according to TheCentersquare.com. While the population continues to grow all over the Centennial State there is one town that has recently been given the title of best 'Move-To' city.

Lots of cities in Colorado are growing, but Movebudda.com suggests it takes a special community to make the list of the best 'Move-To' cities. From July of 2023 to March of 2024, Colorado's best 'Move-To' city has been Boulder.
Colorado's 'Move-To' City
Boulder, Colorado lands at #10 out of 25 on Movebudda.com's list of the most desirable cities to move to in 2024. The city enjoys a Move in-to-out ratio of 2.1, meaning two people move there for every person that leaves. Boulder's population is about 105,000 in 2024 and rising after seeing a dip in numbers during the worst of the pandemic.
Colorado's Outdoor Value
Cities that offer access to the arts and the great outdoors have been the ones watching their numbers grow since July of 2023. Movebudda.com says locations like Chatanooga, Billings, and Asheville join Boulder as the best 'culture-havens' surrounded by nature.

Boulder's Crazy Home Prices
If there is a drawback to moving to Boulder it might be the 2024 Zillow Home Values are up to $959,000. The price reflects that outdoor value people are willing to pay for as Boulder offers a college-town feel, fresh mountain air, and lots of Colorado sunshine. Even home prices over $900,000 can't stop the 210 people who move to Boulder for every 100 that move out.
