New 8,000 Seat Amphitheater Set To Host Huge Colorado Concerts
If live music is your jam, there's nothing quite like the ambiance of an outdoor amphitheater to catch your vibes, with a cold drink in your hand and your favorite music filling the night air.
From longtime favorites in the state of Colorado like Red Rocks or Fiddler's Green, to smaller scenic venues in the mountains with more regional than national acts, or even local favorites like Mishawaka, we have no shortage of cool, outdoor venues in the state.

And, we're about to get another one.
The 8,000 seat Sunset Amphitheater is set to open this summer, with their inaugural show being none other than Colorado's own OneRepublic, on Aug. 9, 2024.
The Sunset Amphitheater is located on the north side of Colorado Springs near the Air Force Academy and will be a state of the art concert and event venue, all part of a massive entertainment campus costing more than $90m to build. The venue itself accounts for $40m of that, and features fire pit suites, permanent seating and a large grass berm for open seating in the back half of the venue - like we're all already used to with venues like this.
The plan is to announce more of their concert lineup in the coming weeks and months, but they have partnered with AEG Presents for booking shows, and will feature mostly large, national touring acts at the venue.
Tickets for the inaugural OneRepublic show will go on sale to the public Saturday, Feb. 10.
