Love Cooking? Award-Wining Denver Chef Has a TV Show
Among the great restaurants in Colorado is one in Denver, whose chef has her own cooking show, to help you prepare restaurant-quality meals in your own kitchen.
Cattivella Kitchen with Elise Wiggins on Eat This TV
These days, when you think of "cooking shows" on TV you think of Gordan Ramsey yelling at people, or chefs trying to make something out of bizarre ingredients. It's refreshing to have a show like Rachel Ray's coming out of the Mile High City.
Chef Wiggins often holds in-person cooking classes at her restaurant for about $80; probably a bit more for her coming to your home.
In east Denver, you'll find this great Italian restaurant, Cattivella, run by Chef Elise Wiggins, highlighted by wood-fired menu items. Honestly, you can't miss the restaurant, it's right by Little Man Ice Cream's Central Park location, "Constellation," which is an airplane.

Wiggins has many, many years of experience, including yearly trips to Italy to work with the current Italian chefs while learning more about the classic techniques. There's a show you can find where she spreads that knowledge to the world.

According to 9News, Wiggins had a cooking show on Rocky Mountain PBS for a bit, but the pandemic shut that down. In early 2025, she was back; on a new platform, but with the same style and skills being shown, with "Cattivella Kitchen."
