I Was One of the First 10 In Line for Colorado’s New In-N-Out – Here’s How It Went
When an In-N-Out opens in Colorado, people get on both sides of the fence: One side is excited, the other not so much.
When you're excited, you want to be one of the first to try it out; that mission was accomplished in Loveland. In an area already busy with Chick-fil-A, Starbucks and Panera, what was it like being one of the first at Loveland's first In-N-Out?
For a [still] family-owned and operated burger chain, In-N-Out has a 75-plus-year history of making people go crazy for their menu and "brand." Just mentioning a "Double-Double" can get peoples' mouths watering.
WHERE IS THIS IN-N-OUT IN LOVELAND, COLORADO?
It was announced in September of 2022 that In-N-Out would take over the spot once home to Mimi's Cafe, just west of I-25 in the Centerra Marketplace, at 1450 Fall River Drive.
In-N-Out's owner and president is the founders' granddaughter; she took over the company in 2010 and inherited the company in 2017. She's been behind the recent "out of California" locations of In-N-Out. Lynsi Snyder is currently worth a whopping $4.2 billion.
I'm not ashamed to say that I helped make her more money when the Loveland location opened on Nov. 10, 2023.

I have to say, I saw many smiling faces that morning, maybe because it was early and the "rush" hadn't kicked in.
Look at what being one of the first 10 at Loveland's In-N-Out was like.
