Winter weather in the Northern Colorado region this past season was pretty much nonexistent. Barely any snow, warm temperatures. It was weird to say the least. As spring started to emerge, it stayed pretty much the same.

For the first time in 2026, and for the winter months of 2025, we are under a winter weather advisory from the National Weather Service. Starting Monday evening, the weather begins to change. However, this is much-needed moisture that all of Colorado needs. I hate to say it, but I am kind of looking forward to having a short-lived winter wonderland, even if it is to kick off the month of May.
