We love seeing new restaurants pop up in Northern Colorado. But unfortunately, no matter how excited we are about new experiences, the reality is that many of our favorite spots are closing down as well. The only constant in life is change.

We all have restaurants that we miss in Northern Colorado. For me, I miss Smokin' Fins in Fort Collins the most. The restaurant was known for having great seafood and unique sushi. Smokin' Fins closed for good in early 2025.

Round the Corner Leads the Pack

Round the Corner overwhelmingly had the most votes. The spot was famous for their great food and shakes. JB's Drive-In, Bisettis Italian Restaurant, Furr's Cafeteria, and Farmer's Table all had over 30 votes each.
