Luna’s Tacos and Tequila to Open in Windsor

Taco lovers UNITE. Soon, there will be a new place to get your taco fix in Windsor, Colorado. Luna's Tacos and Tequila will open the doors to the Windsor location on April 1 at 1246 Automation Drive.

Luna's Tacos and Tequila announced the expansion into Windsor in October of 2023. The location was once home to Howlers and Growlers which closed in September 2023. Luna's Tacos and Tequila opened in Greeley in 2018 and has some of Northern Colorado's best tacos, tequila, and Mexican food.

With two floors, a rooftop patio with a killer view, and some exciting new large format, shareable cocktails, we’re excited to bring the coolest gathering space Northern Colorado has ever seen.

The Windsor location of Luna's Tacos and Tequila will have some new items on the menu too. Some of the items include the Honey Adobo Elotes, Nashville Hot Chicken Chicharrones, and a General Tso's Taco. Those who are gluten-free will also be happy to know that Luna's Tacos and Tequila also has a dedicated gluten-free fryer.

If tequila and mezcal are right up your alley when it comes to adult beverages, Luna's offers one of the best selections in the entire state of Colorado that features some smaller produced expressions that are otherwise hard to find.

Luna's Tacos and Tequila also lets you get a sneak peek into the new Windsor location before anyone else with a VIP charity event happening on Monday, March 25. This charity event benefits Colorado Youth Outdoors. This organization is dedicated to creating relationships between Colorado youths through all of the beauty and adventure the great outdoors of Colorado has to offer.
