I Think I Might of Found Putin’s Secret Weapon

I came across this today and this might Vladimir Putin’s secret weapon. Think about it, people would be so taken by the flying water toy that they wouldn’t realize it was an attack. The problem is there isn’t a river or lake it wouldn’t be worth the air in the blow up toy.

It is pretty cool but I would of like to see him crash just once. Hitting the water at that speed is like hitting a wall. I know I have thrown myself off a personal watercraft a couple of times.
