I dig watching dudes beat the every loving sh** out of each other, and therefore I enjoy watching the UFC. But in all my years of watching cage fighting, I have never seen a dude get a hand job after being knocked out... Until now!

The South Africans in the video most likely don't have the medical resources that a fighter in the U.S. might have, so I understand trying different methods. But to me it seems unfair to reward the winner like this...
