    Trick or Treat Street located in Downtown Palisade, Halloween Carnival at 711 Iowa in Palisade

    The Trick-or-Treat Street is free to the public, and families are invited to dress in costume, and youth are welcome to climb on all the big trucks parked downtown. The Halloween Carnival will provide a variety of old school games. The carnival is $2 for children ages 4 and older, while parents and kids 3 and under are free.
