It's not easy to tell at first glance, but 'Off the Beaten Path' is made up of over 35,000 pieces of kite fabric tied together with rope and is a whopping 6,000 square feet in area.
In case you're not familiar, Green Mountain Falls is a small town high in the mountains between Colorado Springs and Woodland Park,
Despite being incorporated in 1880, as of the 2020 Census, Green Mountain Falls is home to only 646 permanent residents.

However, the biggest draw to the small mountain town over the years has proven to be the Green Box Art Festival, an annual celebration that brings crowds that dwarf Green Mountain Falls' population.
Despite being part of the aforementioned art festival, 'Off the Beaten Path' will be on display over the pond until October 19, giving residents of Colorado and beyond plenty of time to make a trip to Green Mountain Falls to snap a picture with the flowing, colorful art installation.
