Grand Lake Is Hard To Beat

I know a thing or two about lakes. I've been fishing since age 5. I owned my first boat before I had a drivers license. I've boated on Lake Michigan, Lake Okeechobee, The Gulf of Mexico, Toledo Bend, and The Lake of The Ozarks just to name a few. Grand Lake Colorado is truly a place like no other!

Being a boat guy, it's cool to know I've been on the lake that's home of the nation's highest (in elevation) registered yacht club. The water was like glass this morning and you could easily see the bottom in 10 feet or more.        

There's so much to see and do around the lake. Not a fisherman? No problem. The town is home to highest elevation golf course with grass greens. I can only imagine what the place is like come winter. Word is it's the best places to snowmobile in the US.

Sunrise over the lake is awesome. You've got to see this place! I'm having so much fun exploring all these great  places in this great state. Colorado is truly amazing. I guess you already know that.
