Gas Station Erupts in Flames After Uber SUV Plows Into Pump
It looks like something out of a movie.
An Uber driver behind the wheel of an SUV -- with a passenger in tow -- drove into a pump at a gas station, causing it to explode into flames. The incident occurred Monday night in Seattle.
While it's unclear how the driver lost control of his vehicle, witnesses say he may have blown a tire.
The driver and his passenger somehow emerged with minor injuries, while the driver of another car, a Honda, that was hit prior to the SUV blasting into the pump, suffered serious injuries. The SUV reportedly hit the Honda, which wound up smashing into a tree and getting cut in half.
It's actually scary to think the matter could've been worse, since the driver somehow slipped through two pumps before crashing into a third.
