Last month the prank “Gallon Smashing’ hit the Internet and got national attention after the video went viral on You Tube. Three teens in Virginia who recorded themselves smashing gallon milk and juice jugs in a store are believed to have started the so-called prank. In a case of monkey see monkey do, teens across the country started posting their videos of “Gallon Smashing’ to You Tube. Just one word of advice teens, Montana doesn’t play that way.

Police in Butte, Montana have arrested three teens after the trio went into their local Wal-Mart to pull the “Gallon Smashing” prank. At about 6:30pm on Monday one teen grabbed two gallons of milk and smashed them, then fell to the floor and rolled in the spilled milk. The two other teens recorded the action on their phones and while they laughed an employee of Wal-Mart called the police. The cops showed up and put the three in cuffs. They claimed it was only a prank that they wanted to post to the web.

Butte police want teens to be warned, they don’t care what happens in Virginia, in Montana “Gallon Smashing” is a crime and your ass is going to jail. Be warned.
