It's beginning to look a lot like, summertime, we kinda. We have good news that the Fruita Community Pool is now open but just like most things in 2020 it's open with new regulations. While these new rules and requirements aren't the most fun, at least we will still be able to utilize the pool during the upcoming months with hot temperatures expected.

These are the new pool rules in effect until June 12th:

  • Indoor pool open for fitness only. Please bring your own equipment as there will not be equipment provided for you at this time.
  • No showers are available for use.
  • Please wear a face mask in the aquatic facility until you enter the water.
  • You will need to reserve your 45-minute lap lane or aquatic fitness zone (lazy river and shallow water exercise) you can do that by clicking here.
  • No aquatic features are open currently except the lazy river for exercise.
  • The Hot Tub will remain closed
  • You will need to follow all signage and staff directions for entering and exiting the pool
  • Leave all valuables at home. Staff will let you know where you can leave your belongings on the pool deck.

New regulations will be in effect after June 13th:

  • Indoor and Outdoor pools are now open!
  • Afternoon open swim will be from 1:00 - Close. Capacity in the pool will be 50 people including lifeguards.
  • You will need to reserve your 1 hour and 45 minute open swim time by clicking here.
  • The Hot Tub will remain closed
  • Pool features will be open on a reduced schedule.

Have fun splashing around this summer.
