New Orchard Mesa Business Opens This Week

A new business will be opening in Orchard Mesa this Wednesday, June 14. This new Grand Junction store is comparable to one which used to occupy this location a year ago. Who's moving in?

Get ready to visit Boots & Hats Liquidators, a new locally owned business. This store features cowboy boots, work boots, hats and accessories.

You will find this store at 2702 Highway 50 in Orchard Mesa, right next to Randy's Southside Diner. Up until September of last year, this was the location for Crawford Boots and Western Wear. The Crawford family chose to close the business and retire.

The property was purchased by Jerry Derby, the owner of the nearby Rocky Mountain Hats and Boots. The new managers, no strangers to the western wear business, are coming in from Texas.

If you live in Orchard Mesa, you have no shortage of places to purchase your hats and boots. For that matter, if you make the commute between Grand Junction and Delta, you have another convenient place to shop.
