Denver Man Charged for Pointing Laser at Police Helicopter
A man from Denver has been charged for pointing a laser at a Denver Police helicopter. On November 4, a laser was pointed from Cheesman Park at the police helicopter, which was monitoring protests.
When the laser was pointed at the aircraft, it illuminated the cockpit. The suspect, Logan Scott Debyle, is facing up to five years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000 if convicted, according to KDVR.
