[UPDATE] 16-Year-Old Delta Teen Found

[UPDATE: April 2, 2020, at 8:45 a.m.] The Delta County Sheriff's Office has located Madison Sweet, thank you to everyone who shared this information.

[ORIGINAL POST: April 1, 2020] The Delta County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding a juvenile runaway. Their Facebook post about Madison Sweet reports that the report came in around 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2020. She ran away from her family residence in the Cedaredge area during the night.

The sheriff's office is asking for the public's assistance in locating Madison who might be with friends right now in the Olathe area. Unfortunately, with her leaving in the middle of the night and no one noticing there is no clothing description at this time.

While there is no information about Madison being in any danger, law enforcement is now working to check her welfare and get her safely home to her parents.

Sheriff Deputies have contacted many families around Olathe and Montrose County where Madison was reported to be and have yet to contact her at this time.
