Deftones teased audiences with a Western-flavored lyric video for 'Swerve City' last month and they've kept the theme going for the song's official music video.

In the clip, which just debuted at Noisey.com, an attractive young woman and her trusty horse gallop through the dusty desert plains and cactus-filled mountains under a big bright sky until eventually reaching their final destination where she settles in for the evening -- that is until the video's conclusion when a car pulls up to her home and she comes face-to-face with someone quite familiar to Deftones fans. But the video ends with their meeting, suggesting a sequel to the clip could be in the works.

'Swerve City' is featured on the Deftones' most recent effort, 'Koi No Yokan,' which arrived last fall. It follows the band's successful single 'Tempest.'

Having toured for a good portion of the spring, Deftones are catching a little breather before heading over to Ozzfest Japan this weekend. Australian and South Pacific tours follow before the band returns to the U.S. for shows in Honolulu and as part of Metallica's Orion Music + More festival in June.
