Colorado’s ‘Most Miserable Day’ Will Be January 16
The most miserable day of the year is coming...so get ready.
The video wiki, software, and media company Ezvid Wiki surveyed 3,000 Americans while also looking at average temperature and rainfall from the years of 1980 to 2016 in each state.
Those who were polled voted January the most miserable month in Colorado, based on the cold, wet weather. The worst day, period? Looking at a 36-year average, that would be January 16th. The average temperature is 20 degrees with about 0.1 inches of rainfall expected. After all, Colorado is proud of our 300 days of sun, so when we can't get it, we get a major case of SADs (seasonal affective disorder).
Mark your calendars and get ready for some comfort food: in my case, I'll need a giant plate of Fettucine from Nick's Italian to get me through. January 16th is coming...
