On the other hand, if said animal was on a leash, walking alongside you, and behaving like a domesticated dog, the aforementioned terror would diminish greatly.

A company based in Colorado Springs called Colorado Wolf Adventures offers just that, an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take a wolf on a walk, much like you would with a dog.

The walks are about 1.5 miles long and take place in the natural beauty of the Garden of the Gods.

These walks are restricted to those age 12 or older, but participants must be 18 or older to actually hold the leash. These trips must be booked in advance and are offered year-round.
