How Much Does it Cost to Throw a Wedding in a State Other Than Colorado?

If we examine the average cost of hosting a wedding on a national scale, research indicates that the average cost of hosting a wedding is the highest in New Jersey, where the figure is reported to be over $54,000.

However, financing a wedding is significantly less expensive in states that border Colorado, such as Wyoming, Utah, and Oklahoma, each of which reports an average wedding cost under $20,000.

In addition, the other states that border the Centennial State report average wedding costs less than that of Colorado, as New Mexico, Nebraska, and Kansas each show figures less than $23,000.
