Popular Tarantula YouTube Channel Comes to Colorado for Migration
If you've lived in Colorado for long enough, you're probably aware of the mass tarantula migration that takes place in the southeastern portion of the state's eastern plains each year.
While this phenomenon isn't exactly the best way to acquire a new, long-legged pet, it has attracted countless visitors including some with highly popular and respected presence on social media with regard to the tarantula pet trade.

Ask any tarantula keeper to name a handful of YouTubers that focus on the tarantula trade and you'll likely hear about Tarantula Kat, Tom's Big Spiders, The Dark Den, Dave's Little Beasties, and The Tarantula Collective.
Popular Tarantula YouTubers Come to Colorado for Mass Migration
While the state of Colorado is home to numerous tourist destinations, La Junta is rarely a place that sees hoards of out-of-town visitors.
However, as you'll see above, the annual tarantula migration which is accompanied by the eastern plains' Tarantula Festival saw some visitors come into town that are highly respected in the pet tarantula community.
The photographer and owner of arguably the best beard in the photo is Richard Stewart, a man who has been highly involved in the pet tarantula community for a number of years including, but not limited to, his regularly scheduled content on The Tarantula Collective's official YouTube page.
Tarantula keepers have flocked to The Tarantula Collective's channel for a number of years for its unique brand of tarantula content including valuable information regarding species-specific care and husbandry advice.
