Safest Cities In Colorado

I was born in Denver, Colorado, and have lived in the Denver suburbs most of my life. As a kid, some of the places I lived were probably a lot "shadier" than I realized at the time. Safewise put out a list of the Top 20 safest cities in Colorado, and to no surprise, none of the cities I grew up in made this list. I am happy to report though that the city I live in now is in the top 10, so I guess you could say I'm moving on up!

Safewise based its safest city rankings of property crime and violent crime year over year. They're reporting that Colorado is one of nine states that saw an increase in both of those categories. Colorado also saw a climb to be the third-highest property crime-ridden state in the entire U.S. The biggest concern from homeowners and renters in Colorado is package theft. If you're looking for a safer place to live in Colorado, here are the Top 5 safest Colorado cities that Safewise recommends.
