Anyone who has lived in Colorado more than a few weeks knows how much fun exists in the state. What we know is now being recognized by those beyond our borders.

A recent study placed Colorado in the top ten states that are the most fun. The study published by Wallethub puts Colorado in 8th place. That seems somewhat low on the list to me. However, those who conducted the study aren't necessarily from Colorado and may not entirely understand all the fun the state has to offer.

Wallethub used 26 different indicators to find the most fun states in the US. Colorado tied for first in States With Most Skiing Facilities, fourth in Highest State and Local Expenditures on Parks and Recreation per capita, and fourth in Highest Personal Expenditures on Recreation Services per capita.
