Christopher Watts has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Two weeks after pleading guilty to the murders of his wife and two kids, Watts was sentenced to multiple consecutive life sentences with no chance of ever tasting freedom again.

Watts had pleaded guilty to two counts of murdering a child, one count of unlawful termination of a pregnancy and three counts of tampering with a deceased human body in connection with the death of his wife Shanann, and his two daughters, 3-year-old Celeste, and 4-year old Bella. The guilty plea was in exchange for prosecutors not seeking the death penalty.

Initially, Watts denied any involvement in the deaths, but later told authorities he killed his wife in a fit of rage after she strangled the two girls. That story never seemed to gain any credibility, and Watts was charged in the deaths of all three of his family members.
