Bourbon and whiskey lovers have plenty of choices when it comes to craft distilleries in Colorado. Those that enjoy fine whiskey certainly know about Copper Sky Distillery in Longmont.

Copper Sky Distillery is one of my favorite local places in Colorado to grab a craft cocktail. Some of the many offerings at Copper Sky Distillery over the years have included the 7 Year Series, 16 Year Light Whiskey, Wheated Whiskey, Grand Mariner and Vanilla Barrels Whiskey, Apple Brandy Barrels Whiskey, Copper Accord Whiskey, and the Cigar Blend Whiskey... Just to name a few.

The single malt whiskey will not be the only bottle in the Switch Rail lineup. Copper Sky Distillery's owner, Mike Root, says that there will also be a Bottled Bond Whiskey and an Old English Dry Gin under the Switch Rail line.

Switch Rail Single Malt Whiskey isn't going to break the bank either as it is available to purchase at Copper Sky Distillery in Longmont for $34.99.
