For many years, PT's was one of the most popular gentlemen's clubs in the state of Colorado. Since opening at 8315 East Colfax Avenue in Denver, the club prospered until an unfortunate incident prompted it to close its doors forever.
The building has since been demolished, but a couple of urban explorers managed to obtain some footage of what the club looked like after being abandoned but before it was torn down.
What Happened to Colorado's PT's Gentlemen's Club?
Back on September 13, 2015, a tragic incident took place that would signal the beginning of the end for the club. Following a reportedly unsatisfactory shoulder shake by Jeremy Garcia to Stephen "Magic" Futrell, Futrell became upset and unfortunately shot and killed Garcia.
This incident would be the reason that the club closed its doors for good in 2016 and was later purchased by the Denver City Council for a reported $1.3 million. Futrell was captured by police and was sentenced to 35 years in prison for his crime, while the club was eventually demolished.
What Was it Like in Colorado's PT's Gentlemen's Club?
As you'll see below, after being abandoned the club was pretty much just left to rot until it was torn down. The ATM and safe had been vandalized, numerous women's shoes were left behind, and the office appeared to have been ransacked.
As mentioned above, the building has since been torn down, but you can keep scrolling to take a virtual tour of the old abandoned PT's Gentlemen's Club:
