A wildfire near Breckenridge, Colo. has fire officials concerned enough they're starting to evacuate residents closest to the fire.

The first group of evacuations is for residents in the Peak 7 area. Officials are preparing for more evacuation around and possibly in the town of Breckenridge.

As of 3:30 p.m. this afternoon (July 5) the fire had burned roughly 70 acres but is in a grassy area with beetle-killed trees which greatly increases the likelihood of the fire spreading very quickly.
