J.B. is the morning show host on Retro 102.5. She was born in Houston and moved around the country with her military husband. She moved to Colorado in 2019 and has quickly fallen in love with the state. J.B. is a certified yoga instructor and passionate about many social issues in our community and around the world. The mother of one daughter offers up a fun weekend family activity recommendation in our community every week. You can hear Retro Mornings With J.B. from 5-10 a.m. on weekdays on Retro 102.5. I’m married to my high school sweetheart and we both rock a plant based lifestyle. I’ve been teaching yoga for 6 years and host a podcast called Vegan Yoga Mom.
