Arizona Cab Driver is Arrested for Offering a Ride for a Ride

Police in Mesa Arizona received complaints that a cab driver had told women they could trade their cab fare for sexual favors. On February 22 a woman told police that she had gotten in a Discount Cab and before they got to her destination the driver had made the offer. The next day another woman told police she had gotten into a Discount Cab and received the same offer, both women declined and paid their fare.

What the hell is this guy thinking? That a lady would get into his cab and take him up on his offer to save $20 or $30 bucks. I’m sure this has happened in real life and I know I have seen this is a movie or two, but the actors don't look like a bald-headed creep.

43-year-old Eric Vincent was contacted by the Mesa Police Department, with the help of Discount Cab, and in the interview told police he made the offer to the women. Vincent was then arrested and charged with solicitation of prostitution and one count of sexual abuse.

Something tells me this isn’t the first offer of a ride that Mr. Vincent has made and I bet he doesn’t have a good success rate. Maybe if he looked like Brad Pitt it would be better.
