2014 Arnold Strongman Event Sees New World Record

A New World record for the deadlift was set at the 2014 Arnold Strongman event. Zydrunas Savickas a 38-year-old from Lithuanian may be the greatest strong man competitor of all time as he has won every competition multiple times including the World’s Strongest Man four times.

“Big Z’ as he is know in the strongman circles has been on the world stage for some 12 years and at 38 is a beast. I have to say I think it is amazing that he hasn’t blown-out one or both of his testicles.
