Thanks to musical geniuses like Mike Post, the 70's, 80's, and 90's cranked out some pretty darn good 'Crime' show themes. Most of the time, the shows themselves were pretty good, too. However, the shows and their plots were rarely as awesome as their themes. Which show had the best?
