No, it's not Grand Junction. Matter of fact, none of the Grand Valley towns made the top 30.

I live alone but for those of you that are raising a family, or perhaps soon will be, ever wonder where's the best place to get that done in Colorado?  According to Wallet Hub, a credit score and report website, it's not so much here in the Grand Valley. Congrats to Fruita! They ranked #33 and that topped the region.

Wallet Hub compared Colorado cities based on over 20 indicators of "family-friendliness." No question that Colorado is blessed with tons of outdoor things to do but it takes much more than that to make for a happy family. The data looked at housing affordability, the number of local activities, the quality of the school system, and much, much more. Redlands came in at #41 and Grand Junction ranked #44. In comparison, Denver came in at #54th.

3.    Erie
4.    Parker
5.    Louisville
6.    Frederick
7.    Superior
8.    Castle Rock
9.    Fort Collins
