What in the World is This New Contraption?

While out at a restaurant the other night I went to use the little boys room. After washing my hands I turned to find this. I really didn't know what to think at first. My first thought was of course "What the hell is this?"

My second thought was "Is this a hand dryer or an automatic baby butt wiper?" What was your first thought when you saw this? Kind of throws you off hu?
