The other night I was sitting around the table with a couple buddies of all different ages, and one of them asked another if he could get him some Viagra. Instantly it got me to thinking, maybe I should try some too. But being a young dude who doesn't have problems (if you know what I'm saying), I wondered what it would do to me. So I did a little research...

As we talked about this subject the other night I just automatically assumed that a young "healthy" guy like me taking a pill for erectile dysfunction would only make sex better. But it seems as though I was wrong!

It's really not the age that is important, it is whether or not the medication is needed as to whether or not the person is experiencing the symptom the med is designed to clear up.

So, healthy young people who use or even over-use med's like this, might experience a dangerous condition called priapism. Basically the condition you hear about on all the ED commercials... An erection that lasts for much longer than one should, leading to possible irreversible damage to the tissues.

Basically what I learned in a nutshell is, Viagra is not a sex enhancing drug in the sense that libido will increase or the pleasure of orgasm will increase. It serves strictly to help with erectile dysfunction. If you don't have that problem, frankly, you are an idiot if you take it. It will do nothing for you except possibly expose you to potentially severe and anguishing harm.
