If you weren't aware, we have a big election in November. Colorado is typically a swing state. That being said, there are certain parts of the state that are more conservative than the next. How does western Colorado fare?

RoadSnacks put together a list of the most conservative towns in Colorado. The towns have a population of 5,000 people or more, and the majority of that population voted conservative during the 2012 election.

After we peeped at the list, we were surprised (not really) by the number of conservative towns on Colorado's western slope. Would you agree with this list?

1. Craig, Colo.
2. Delta, Colo.
4. Montrose, Colo.
6. Grand Junction, Colo.
7. Fruita, Colo.

70% of the most conservative towns in Colorado reside on the western slope. What do you think?
