First, it's the 30th-anniversary of Dirty Dancing. Now the 25th-anniversary of Wayne's World...perhaps things do get better with age. I may be officially old  "I think I'm gonna hurl" but I'm still up for a good time and Wayne's World back on the big screen, that sounds like fun!

Has it really been 25 years? You remember this1992 American comedy classic, right? Starring Mike Myers, Dana Carvey, this movie was adapted from the NBC Saturday Night Live sketch of the same name.

The film grossed 121.6 million making it the tenth highest-grossing film of 1992 and the highest-grossing of the 11 films based on SNL bits.

The movie was Myers' feature film debut. It was loaded with stars and cameos including Rob Lowe, Tia Carrere, Lara Flynn Boyle, Brian Doyle-Murry, Chris Farley, Ed O'Neil, and Meat Loaf. Of course, there's the hanging backstage scene with Alice Cooper "we're not worthy"! Wayne's World was released on February 14, 1992, and was a critical and commercial success. In 2000, readers of Total Flim Magazine voted Wayne's World the 41st-greatest comedy film of all time.

The "Birthday Bash" screenings will include an exclusive introduction by Peter Travers (Rolling Stone Magazine and ABC-TV), a captured live-chat with the director Penelope Spheeris and select cast members, as well as a plus a pre-taped Q&A including Mike Myers, Dana Carvey, and Rob Lowe.
