A thief with a craving for pizza - or a pizza sign - stopped at a Grand Junction pizza restaurant and stole one from the top of a delivery vehicle.

Until this guy and any accomplices are caught, you can only guess at why anyone would see any usable value in this car top sign.

Maybe the guy is a diehard Domino's fan and figured the sign would add the finishing touch after decorating his walls and ceiling with empty used pizza boxes.

It is also possible the sign would be placed on the suspect's vehicle and used as an aid to commit another crime.

The only way we're going to know for sure is to help police locate the suspects who on Saturday (September 17) pulled up next to a delivery vehicle at Domino's Pizza, 510 30 Road, and ripped the sign and power cord from the vehicle.

The suspect's vehicle is believed to be a Toyota Camry with faded or peeling paint on the hood and trunk.

If you know the people involved in this crime or have other information that would be helpful, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers of Mesa County at 241-7867.

If the information provided leads to an arrest, you will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000 and maybe, just maybe, a complimentary pizza.
