We're not kitten! Today (Oct. 29) is National Cat Day, and to celebrate, Uber will bring a kitten to you to brighten your day.

If you're looking to brighten your day, and you're in the Denver or Colorado Springs area, Uber has teamed up with the Dumb Friends League Animal Shelter in Denver and Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region in Colorado Springs for National Cat Day to bring you #UberKittens.

All you need to do is fire up your Uber app and drag the slider to "kittens." For a $30 "snuggle fee," an Uber driver will deliver a fuzzy ball of joy right to you for 15 minutes of play time.

The good news, all these purrfectly loving kittens are available for adoption, and Dumb Friends League is waiving the adoption fee for all cats and kittens.

How It Works

  • Open your Uber app between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • Request the “KITTENS” option in your app. Set a reminder to request at the purrfect time.
  • Once the kittens arrive, you and your friends will get to enjoy 15 minutes of kitten cuteness! PRO TIP: Make sure to have an enclosed space purrrfect for playtime!
  • The best part? In most cities, kittens are eligible for adoption.
