Last week was a pretty busy one over at Warner Bros. — following the underwhelming box office and reactions to Batman v Superman, the studio is reportedly doubling down on its established blockbuster franchises and scaling back on the number of films released each year. They also set release dates for a few untitled projects, with many speculating that at least one of them is Ben Affleck’s solo Batman film. According to a new rumor, we may know what one of the other films could be.

Everyone's excited for Lady Croft's next adventure, Rise of the Tomb Raider, but we keep forgetting that Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris is coming too, as the PlayStation Blog reminds us with this newly announced Gold Edition.

Tomb Raider is the next-gen reboot of the critically acclaimed blockbuster series that launched in the mid-90s, most notably on the PlayStation. Since then, we’ve seen the release of roughly 10 Tomb Raider video games and two feature-length films starring Angelina Jolie.

It's always a good sign when a game goes through the certification process and finally goes gold. Let's give a big ol' congratulatory fist-bump to Lara Croft and the team at Crystal Dynamics for getting Tomb Raider ready for our consumption.
